THE OUTSIDER

This project is a visual research that examines my thoughts and questions of why I always feel like an outsider everywhere I go and what in general characterizes outsiders. In the project I express how I feel in the Israeli society as a daughter of immigrants from different religions, to how I'm categorized by others and how people always get my name wrong. I refer to the conflict between the will to be noticed and remembered for who I am yet still wishing to be generic and part of something.
